This detox changed my life. There was a time in my life where I felt lethargic, unmotivated, undisciplined and flat out unhappy with the way I looked and felt. Like many other people out there I had the desire to make a change, but I didn’t have the right tools to get me on track. After doing research on healthy eating and juicing, I knew that a short-term detox was exactly what I needed to jump start my healthy lifestyle. I lost 11 lbs, in 6 days and I feel better than I’ve ever felt! This detox not only jump started my healthy lifestyle, it changed my relationship with food. I originally documented my journey to keep myself motivated along the way but after many request to share how I accomplished such amazing results, I decided to create a guide to help others.
