Personal Assistant to CEO

Part-time (approximately 10-20+ hours/week) contract position

- Local to Collin County (Frisco/Prosper is our home base)

  • This position will require you to have your own transportation and be in the office in person & remote

DESCRIPTION:

  • We’re looking for a personal assistant to work directly with the CEO.

  • Consider yourself a perfectionist & very proactive

  • If I ask you to color code you will squeal with glee

  • Humble mentality (no job is too big or too small -- we all have that mentality on the team!)

  • Experienced, enthusiastic person who loves to serve

  • Must have stellar organizational skills, and proficient on all social media platforms.

  • Must be willing to learn and become an expert in the brandOur ideal candidate:

  • Must be a strategist (aka: problem solver, figure-it-outer, rather than JUST a doer)- must enjoy details- self starter

SKILLS & TASKS: (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Assisting CEO with day to day task

  • Running errands, booking travel, making returns etc

  • Helping with home projects, scheduling and researching needs of the CEO

  • Organize & sync calendar with personal task

  • Be willing and able to step up to any job & support staff

  • Meticulous individual with creative ideas and love for social media. This is a part time role perfect for a college student or recent graduate with a FLEXIBLE schedule.
